Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Quorum on behalf of a studio or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Continued use after we post updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Quorum provides software for scheduling, member management, billing records, and related studio operations. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is provided on a subscription basis where applicable; plan limits and pricing are described on our pricing page.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Quorum (members, schedules, notes, invoices, and similar content). Your data is stored securely in your account and is only accessible to you.

Quorum is not responsible for loss, corruption, or deletion of your data, including from user error, account closure, subscription lapse, or events beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you store about your clients (including health-related notes where applicable), and for complying with applicable privacy laws.

In Settings → Data backup you can download a copy of your studio data to your phone or computer. We recommend keeping a local backup for your own records, especially before deleting data or closing your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quorum and Globinner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred (100) USD if you have not paid fees, whichever is greater.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You may cancel your subscription or delete business data through Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

Upon termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable period. Export a backup before closing your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and export your data before account closure.
